1. Who we are

BizSelf.ai ("we", "us") operates this website at bizself.ai and the product at my.bizself.ai. For any privacy matter, use our contact page.

2. What we collect on this website

Information you submit. When you start the first reading, we collect the answers you provide: name, work email, company, role, company website and LinkedIn if you share them, and the challenge you describe in writing or by voice. We use these answers to generate an executive diagnosis, send it to you by email, and prepare onboarding. We do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not start an automated marketing sequence.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may record standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability purposes.

Form processing. The first-reading form is hosted on this website and processed by BizSelf.ai at api.bizself.ai. A security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) runs before submission. The diagnosis is generated from your answers and sent to the email you provide. Questions that are not a first reading can be sent through our contact page. That contact form is transmitted through a form-processing service and delivered to us by email.

3. The BizSelf.ai product

Once you are onboarded, BizSelf.ai operates one instance for you. That instance holds the model of your business, your decisions, your memory and any sources you approve. Your context stays in your instance. It is never used to train shared models, never blended with another company's data, and never informs another instance.

Instance isolation, provenance on every claim, attributed and reversible memory, and scoped, revocable permissions are described on our Trust page. That page is additional detail. This Privacy Policy is the disclosure of how we handle personal information and Google user data.

4. Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. Nothing is connected by default. You approve the connection yourself, after onboarding, through Google's OAuth consent screen. The product requests read-only access to Google Calendar.

What we access. Event titles, times, attendees, locations and descriptions on calendars you authorize, enough to know what is on your day.

Why we access it. So the Daily Briefing and the rest of the product can prepare you for meetings and open commitments with the calendar context already assembled. This is a user-facing feature in the product interface, not a background collection.

What we do not do with Calendar. We do not create, edit or delete events. We do not touch anyone else's calendar. We do not send email and we do not move money.

Where it is stored. Calendar data used by the product stays in your instance, with origin visible. You can disconnect the source at any time and remove the memory derived from it.

How you revoke access. Disconnect Calendar in the product, or revoke BizSelf.ai under Google Account, Third-party access.

5. Limited Use of Google user data

Google user data obtained through Google APIs, including data aggregated, anonymized or derived from it, is subject to Google's Limited Use requirements. We use that data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in BizSelf.ai: preparing your Daily Briefing and meeting context from Google Calendar.

• We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer or sell it to advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers.
• We do not use Google user data to serve ads, including retargeting or personalized or interest-based advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending.
• We do not use Google user data to train shared AI models or third-party AI models.
• Humans do not read your Calendar data unless you first give affirmative agreement to view a specific item, it is necessary for security (for example investigating a bug or abuse), or it is necessary to comply with applicable law.
• Transfers of Google user data are limited to: providing or improving those user-facing features, with your consent; security purposes; compliance with applicable law; processors that operate the product on our behalf under equivalent restrictions; or a merger, acquisition or sale of assets after obtaining your explicit prior consent.

6. What we never do

• We never sell personal information.
• We do not share your form answers with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use your inquiry data or your instance context to train shared AI models.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain website inquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship. You may request deletion of your inquiry data at any time by contacting us.

In the product, you can disconnect Google Calendar and remove derived memory in one gesture. When you close your instance, we delete the data it held, including Calendar data stored there, except where we must retain a limited record to comply with law or resolve a dispute.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, use our contact page. We respond to all legitimate requests within thirty days.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We keep this policy current about how the product uses Google user data.
